Where do we ship?

We (The Social Brew) deliver Ontario wide. 

What are the charges for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more within Ontario. If the order is less than $50 there will be an additional $7 delivery fee.

When do deliveries happen?

Deliveries are spread across the week and are based on cities. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days.

What information do we need to process and ship your order?

When ordering, please provide us with an accurate name, full shipping address (including postal code), telephone number, email address, and your choice of payment.

What shipping service do we use?

We have developed our own logistics network. All deliveries are done through our internal logistics team. 

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

All deliveries are contactless. Our drivers will knock/ring the doorbell during delivery and will leave the order outside the door. If the recipient is not at home, the customer care team will send an email with proof of delivery of the order placed outside the home. 

Can I change my order?

Changes to order may take place within 24 hrs of placing your order by contacting us through email at info@thesocialbrew.ca

What is your return policy?

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on any food products.
